Why Patients Trust Us For Their Denture Needs

Take a look at what sets our Exton, PA, practice apart when it comes to replacing missing teeth with beautiful and functional dentures:

AvaDent™ Technology

We use the AvaDent Digital Denture system, a revolutionary technology in restorative dentistry that allows our dentists to provide custom traditional dentures in just two appointments. We can make real-time adjustments to 3D blueprints of your dentures, optimizing for fit, function, and appearance in every area. AvaDent dentures are resistant to bacteria, staining, and wear, offering you a superior tooth replacement option.

Premium Materials

We only use the finest materials in the fabrication process. Our dentures are made from top-quality porcelain, a material that reflects light in the same way teeth do. This makes porcelain dentures virtually indistinguishable from the real thing. Dental porcelain is also noted for its strength and durability. With good care, your porcelain dentures can last many years.

All-in-One Services

We make it easy to care for your dentures throughout their lifespan by offering repair and replacement services. Our Exton, PA, office will keep a permanent digital record of your information and denture design on file, so repairing damaged dentures or replacing lost dentures is a simple process. Want to convert your traditional denture to a dental implant-supported model instead? We can help with that, too.

The Denture Timeline

If you are receiving a traditional denture from our practice, the process will take two visits over about two weeks. The implant-supported denture timeline includes two healing periods and generally takes four to six months.
Our dentists will use the AvaDent system to design a denture with the ideal look, fit, and function for your smile. We can color-match your denture to your natural tooth shade for seamless results.

Initial Consultation

One of our dentists will meet with you for a thorough examination of your smile and a discussion of your treatment goals. We'll make sure we fully understand your needs before recommending the denture option that will work best for you.

Digital Impressions

We'll capture detailed images of your gums, oral structures, and any remaining teeth without using messy dental putty. These scans will be uploaded to our in-house system for denture design.

Denture Design

Your dentist will use your impressions to create a 3D model of your denture, which can be easily and precisely adjusted to your unique specifications before fabrication.

Implant Placement (For Implant-Supported Dentures Only)

If you are receiving an implant-supported denture, your dentist will first need to perform dental implant surgery. After the dental implants are in place, it takes about three to six months for your implants to fuse with your jawbone. Abutments, or connector pieces, will be attached to your implants in a second procedure. It takes about two weeks for the gums to heal after abutment placement.

Denture Fabrication

Your denture design will be sent to an AvaDent lab for fabrication by trained technicians. It usually takes two weeks to complete a new custom denture.

Denture Placement

Once your traditional denture is ready or you have fully healed from implant and abutment placement, you'll be ready to return to our office to receive your permanent restoration. Your dentist will fit your denture over your gums or secure it to your implants, making any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and function.

Will My Dentures Be Covered by Insurance?

Yes, your dental insurance provider should help cover the cost of your dentures. However, keep in mind that while both traditional and implant-supported restorations are typically covered, dental implants are not.

We work with United Concordia, Delta Dental Premier, Aetna PPO, Metlife Dental PPO, Guardian, Dominion, Cigna, Humana, and Principal. A member of our financial team can file a claim on your behalf to help you make the most of your coverage.

If you are uninsured or have high out-of-pocket costs, treatment is still within reach. We gladly accept CareCredit® financing, which allows you to secure a loan with little or no interest and repay it in manageable monthly installments.
