Services We Offer at Our Exton Dentistry Office
Dental Implants
One of the truly extraordinary advancements in dental technology, implants provide an outstanding, long-term solution to missing teeth, a solution that many of our patients find ideal. Made of pure titanium, implants are artificial tooth roots placed into the jaw, serving as secure anchors onto which a single restoration, a bridge, or a full set of dentures can be attached.
Dentures
We are pleased to offer the highest quality, custom-crafted dentures to first-time and long-time denture wearers. We are particularly delighted to help denture wearers who have never been completely satisfied with their dentures' fit, function, or appearance. Whether you require full or partial dentures, you can rely on Dr. Kopecki to craft dentures that are strong, comfortable, and remarkably natural-looking. You will enjoy a stronger bite, better oral health, and a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are tooth-shaped prosthodontics that can be used to restore a damaged or weakened tooth, support a partial denture, or replace a single missing tooth with a dental implant. Crowns are often the final phase of a root canal procedure. Our customized crowns are made of the highest quality materials, making them strong and durable yet natural-looking.
Prosthodontics
Prosthodontics is a highly specialized branch of dentistry that involves the restoration and replacement of teeth and the treatment and maintenance of the upper jaw and adjacent oral tissues. Prosthodontics is a sophisticated blend of art and science, the ultimate aim of which is to facilitate oral function and dramatically improve the health and appearance of the patient. Prosthodontics can be used in both restorative and cosmetic dentistry cases.
Dental Bridges
Crafted from strong, durable materials like porcelain, dental bridges restore the appearance and health of the mouth, returning strength to the bite and preventing natural teeth from shifting into the gaps left by missing teeth. Comprised of one or more artificial teeth supported by crowns on either end, bridges are fixed into place so that they are perfectly secure, allowing patients to eat, speak, and smile with absolute confidence.
Periodontics
Gum disease is a common condition that occurs when plaque collects below the gum line. The earliest symptoms include redness and bleeding. Later symptoms include gum recession and can require surgical grafting and ongoing treatment. Periodontal treatments such as root scaling and planing, which involves cleaning the teeth below the gum line, can eliminate bacteria accumulation. As always, ongoing preventative treatment is key to maintaining healthy gums.
Full Arch Restoration
Dr. Kopecki provides the popular All-on-4® method of restoration, which involves placing a denture on four mini dental implants. This treatment can be implemented in the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both. This milestone restorative dentistry treatment can often be completed in a single day, allowing you to leave our dentistry office with a comfortable custom denture that will not slip out of place when you chew, speak, or smile.
